Come One, Come All to Winnetka Town Meeting

Winnetka is one of the few local communities that utilizes a caucus system for the recruitment and slating of village board members, including schools, parks, library, and village trustees.  

The Caucus holds two annual town meetings, one in the spring, and one in the fall. The Spring Town Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 7:30 pm in the Washburne Auditorium.

Here's a brief overview of the meeting agenda:

* Presentations from Village President and Presidents of Schools, Parks and Library boards

* Update on Caucus platform implementation

* Recognition of retiring board members
