'Page to Stage' and Park-a-Day Challenge This Week in Winnetka and Glencoe

Do: The Winnetka Village Council meeting will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Village Hall. The Lloyd Park storm sewer outlet contract and the annual financial report will be discussed. More information is available here.

Do: Join local Park Districts and non-profits for the "Last Days of Summer Park-a-Day Challenge". Each day throughout the week, there will be a "play day" in a different park. There will also be a box of "loose parts" to spark imaginations while children play. A full schedule of which parks are featured each day is available here.
Do: Join the Writer's Theater in Glencoe for the Page to Stage kickoff! The kickoff will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the theater, and will feature a discussion of The Old Man and the Sea by theater director Stuart Carden and members of the PigPen Theater Company.
