Winnetka Park District Authorizes $5 Million for Storm Water Renovations
The project falls in step with the Skokie Playfield Master Plan.
Water management, a hot topic around town with the recent flooding, garnered attention at last week's Winnetka Park District board meeting.
The commissioners voted to approve a five million dollar plan for flood water management in Winnetka, according to TribLocal.
Meanwhile, Winnetka's village council, which meets Tuesday evening, is working on a three-year study about water management and how to handle it around town.
