District 36 has hired a new chief financial officer, Dr. Susan Pingitore, an administrator in Flossmoor School District 2003.
The school board unanimously selected Pingitore.
“Dr. Pingitore will bring a unique and unsurpassed combination of technical
knowledge and interpersonal skills to the Winnetka Public Schools," said Thomas Hagerman, "She is child-
centered and that quality was much appreciated by the interviewing committee. We look forward to working with her."

Pingitore has worked in the Flossmoor district since 2002 and she has also worked in the Bensenville Elementary District.
“I am honored to have been selected to serve the Winnetka Public Schools," Pingitore said in a press release. "This is an outstanding school district known for providing a superior education to its students. My goal is to assure the resources support this tradition while maintaining the district's fiscal integrity."
