Police Make DUI Arrest on Hibbard

Someone also tried to use counterfeit money at a business on Elm in this edition of the Winnetka police blotter.

Identity theft

A resident discovered that between May 8 and 12, someone accessed her email account and made three unauthorized online money transfers from her checking and savings accounts. The amount of the loss is unknown.

Vicente Urbina, 28, of Prospect Heights, was arrested May 14 at 3 p.m. at Bell Lane and Tower Road for driving while license revoked. He was also cited for improper backing. His court date is June 12.

Fraud

An employee in the 800 block of Elm Street discovered that around 11:30 p.m. May 16 someone attempted to use counterfeit money to pay for a transaction.

DUI

Michael P. Kusinski, 24, of Chicago, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign in the 700 block of Hibbard at 10:15 p.m. May 18. His court date is June 4.
