Criminal damage: A resident of the 300 block of Churchill Street discovered distinct scratches on the hood and driver-side door of her blue 2001 BMW sedan. The previous night, she had been in Skokie and it was dark when she left, so she was unsure of the incident's location. At the time of the report, she had not yet received an estimate on the damage.

Suspended license: A 40-year-old woman from Round Lake Beach was stopped at Waukegan and Willow roads for swerving across the center lane. When police approached her vehicle, she explained she had been reaching for something. She was not under the influence. She was, however, driving on a suspended license. The officer also cited her for improper lane use. She was released on a $1,500 i-bond; her court date is Apr. 5.
