Northfield Police Blotter: Battery, Theft and In-State Warrant
A summary of crime from March 2 – 8.
The following items are taken from Northfield Police Department reports. In all incidents where an arrest occurred, a charge is merely an accusation and not evidence of guilt. The arrested person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Northfield Police Department responded to a total of 75 calls this week.
Wednesday, March 2:

Theft: Four credit cards and $40 in cash were reported stolen from a wallet in the librarian's desk at New Trier's Northfield campus between 8 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. The incident is under investiagtion.
Friday, March 4:

Battery: Police responded at 9:52 a.m. to an employer-employee altercation at Escape 2 Salon & Spa at 322 S. Happ Road. The incident is under investigation.
Monday, March 7:
In-state warrant: Police took a man into custody at 9:19 a.m. for failing to show up to his court date from driving with a suspended license. He posted bond and received a new court date for March 22.
