Glencoe Police Blotter: D.U.I., Burglary to Motor Vehicle

Driving Under the Influence

Carlos M. Wolhers, of Waukegan, is being charged with driving under the influence, a blood alcohol content over .08 and improper lane usage, according to Glencoe Police reports. Wolhers was pulled over on Jan. 19 at the intersection of Green Bay Rd. and Washington St., the report stated. Wolhers was released on bond and his court date is set for Feb. 6 in Skokie. 

Suspended License, Suspended Registration, Uninsured Vehicle

Thomas Q. French, of Zion, is being charged with having a suspended license, suspended registration and an uninsured vehicle, according to Glencoe Police reports. French was arrested on Jan. 16 after he was pulled over at the intersection of Green Bay Rd. and Northwood Drive, the report states. He was released on bond and his court date is set for Feb. 6 in Skokie. 

Burglary to Motor Vehicle

A burglary to motor vehicle was reported on the 1100 block of Oakwood Drive, according to Glencoe Police reports. A garage door and a key fob were stolen some time between Jan. 15 and Jan. 16, the report states. 

Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by Minors

Andrew Kirby Jr., 18, of Glencoe and one female, 17, of Wilmette, received citations for illegal consumption of alcohol by minors, according to Glencoe Police reports. The report states that the officer found them waiting for a ride home outside on the 600 block of Birch Ave.
