Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespass to Vehicle
Daniel Fischer, 23, of Wilmette is being charged with domestic battery, criminal trespass to vehicle and criminal damage to property, according to Glencoe Public Safety Department records. The victim lives in Glencoe. After the incident occurred, reports state, Fischer fled Glencoe and went to his home in Wilmette, where Wilmette Police picked him up and brought him to the Glencoe Public Safety Department. Fischer was arrested on Feb. 28 and his court date is set for March 11.
