Burglary in Glencoe, Possession of Cannabis
The following information was supplied by the Glencoe Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Burglary
A victim on the 600 block of Sycamore Ln. reported that $40 had been taken from her home on March 2, Glencoe Public Safety reports state. It was reported that an individual who claimed to be working for the village obtained entrance to the elderly resident's home. The victim stated that they were in the home for 10 minutes and he said he'd be back in 30 minutes. When he didn't come back, she called the police.
Possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia

Andrezej Pawel Gebala, 21, of Chicago is being charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, as well as a ticket for speeding over the posted limit, according to Glencoe Public Safety reports. Gebala was pulled over by police on the 700 block of Green Bay Rd. and was later released on bond. His court date is set for April 2.
