Orren Pickell Building Group Announces the Return of Kevin O’Sullivan
Pickell Building Group is proud to welcome back Kevin O’Sullivan to the Northfield-based design/build firm. Upon his return to the team, Kevin was appointed to project coordinator where he will play an important role in building and remodeling the dream homes for which the firm is known.

Kevin’s experience includes a successful tenure at Orren Pickell Building Group from 2001 to 2007. During this time he helped the firm build many award winning custom homes in and around the greater Chicagoland area. Before joining the Pickell team, Kevin was a principal at O’Sullivan & Company, LLC, a family-owned design/build firm located in the celebrated, oceanfront community of Cape May, New Jersey. Additional experience includes serving as chief estimator for Ameri-Con Enterprises, LLC, a firm specializing in the development of notable healthcare facilities, including Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Rush Medical Center.

Kevin is happy to be back at Orren Pickell Building Group. When he’s not building homes Kevin can be found enjoying the great outdoors, either camping or hiking. A trained saxophone player, Kevin also enjoys making music and creating art as a creative outlet.
