Antiques + Modernism Winnetka Kicks Off at Material Possessions

On Thursday, May 15 The Woman’s Board of Winnetka Community House kicked off its celebration of the 2014 Antiques + Modernism Winnetka show at local style and design flagship, Material Possessions. Committee Members, Sustainers and Members of the Board of Governors enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and desserts while shopping for interior design treasures, tabletop staples and unique wearables. Clara Williams Company was also on hand to share their stunning jewelry trunk how. Fifteen percent of all purchases made generously benefited Winnetka Community House and this year’s November Show.

“Each year the Antiques+Modernism Winnetka show serves as a playground for those looking to create fantastic spaces and enhance their personal style,” said 2014 Show Chair, Amy Swartchild. “Material Possessions was the perfect destination to begin sparking our committee’s imagination for this year’s show. Now in its fifth year, Antiques + Modernism Winnetka continues to be a destination for style and design enthusiasts, and this year will be no exception.”
