Burglary to Motor Vehicle on Essex Rd.

Identity Theft
A victim on the 400 block of Sunset Rd. reported that between June 4 and June 10, an unknown offender(s) made unauthorized purchases on his MasterCard account, police reports state. The amount of loss is set at $265.90.
Theft
A victim on the 900 block of Green Bay Ave. discovered that on June 9, an unknown offender removed three storm windows from the rear of the building, police reports state. The amount of loss is $120.
Theft
A victim on the 300 block of Green Bay Rd. reported that on July 9, an unknown offender(s) removed an unattended black iPhone 5 in a white and purple case from the bike rack area. The amount of loss is reported at $300.
Traffic Arrest
Alexander Mortz, 24, of Glenview is being charged for driving with a suspended driver's license, police reports state. Motz was also cited for disobeying a stop sign and no rear registration plate light. His court date is set for August 19.
Burglary to Motor Vehicle
A victim on the 200 block of Essex Rd. erported that between July 9 and July 10, an unknown offender(s) removed a red wallet containing numerous IDs and currency from an unsecured vehicle in the driveway. The wallet was later recovered in the area. The currency and the ID card were still missing. The amount of loss is reported at $375.
