Juice Bar Set to Open This Week

True Juice will so be bringing organic, made-to-order juices, smoothies and food to downtown Winnetka. The store will also have juices available for cleanses.

"We have a tentative opening date of Thursday," owner Angie DeMars said.

The store is located at 542 W. Chestnut St.

"We're extremely excited - our smoothies and juices have been perfected, and we had unbelievable food that's gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and Paleo," DeMars said. "We also have a great chef. We didn't plan on that initially, but we're very excited."
