Winnetka Public Schools District 36 has canceled all after school activities for Tuesday due to the snowy weather, according to the district’s website. The On Deck! after school care program is not cancelled but the districted is encouraging parents to pick up children as early as possible. Northern Illinois is expected to get 3 to 6 inches of snow from noon until 9 p.m. Some areas could see totals greater than 6 inches should thundersnow occur.
