Northfield Police Blotter: Theft, Drugs and Drunk Driving
The following arrest information was supplied by the Northfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Feb. 7 Service to fire department: Police responded to reports of a Dumpster fire just after 7:30 a.m. outside Raymond and Associates (222 Northfield Rd.). The officer said the flames reached as high as the building and melted the paint on the Dumpster as well as the top lids. The fire department didn't consider the blaze to have a suspicious origin, and they contacted waste management to provide a new Dumpster. Feb. 9 Theft: Sometime between the end of December and Feb. 9, two watches were stolen from a residence in the 2000 block of Arbor Lane. They were valued at $500 each.
