Three Glencoe Residents Earn Eagle Scout Honor

Bryan Kelly, Sam Liebenson and Nick Robbins all earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Three members of Glencoe's Boy Scout Troop 28 — Bryan Kely, Sam Liebenson and Nick Robbins — earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America, which was awarded to them in a ceremony held last Thursday.  To earn the rank, which takes upwards of seven years to complete, the scouts had to go through six ranks, including Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star and Life. They then had to complete a community service project and present to a panel.
