Man Charged With Intending to Sell Drugs to New Trier Students

An undercover Wilmette Police officer arrested a Chicago man for attempting to sell drugs to New Trier students.

Wilmette police arrested a Chicago man in an undercover investigation for planning to sell drugs to New Trier students, police said.  Andrew Fisher, 23, of Chicago is being charged with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a public park, unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Wilmette Police reports.  "Wilmette detectives conducted an investigation on a tip that [Fisher] was selling drugs to local juveniles," Wilmette Police Chief Brian King said.
