Seven New Trier Trevian football players were recently named to the Central Suburban League All-Conference Team. The Trevians finished second in the Central Suburban League South division with a 6-3 regular season record before bowing out in the first fournd of the state playoffs to Conant High School. New Trier is the top school in our preseason rankings while Loyola Academy falls in the middle of the pack.

Patch sports reporter Ross Jacobson ranks the North Shore’s basketball teams. We’re putting a new twist on our basketball rankings this season. Instead of ranking the boys and girls teams separately, Patch will be putting out an overall “School Basketball Ranking” that takes into consideration the results and news from both teams.
