We want to know where you go when you're picking up something to cook for dinner or need detergent for laundry day. This week, we're focusing only on full-service grocery stores. The Readers' Choice Winner for Best Toy Store Is ...

With 51 percent of the vote, Village Toy Shop wins this week's competition.

On Monday, Patch asked readers to vote for the best toy store in New Trier Township. Winnetka's Village Toy Shop picked up an early lead in our poll and never lost it, racking up 51 percent of the 91 votes cast. Winnetka's Leoleno finished in second place, with 32 percent of the vote. Nicky Trammell shared his love for the winner in the article's comments section: The Village Toy Shop is my favorite toy shop in town, the others don't even come close when you count in the friendly service factor. They're helpful, great for b-day gifts for boys and girls (and even for fun grown ups like the ones in my family), and they wrap for FREE!!!! You just can't beat that.
