In addition to its beautiful course, Skokie Country Club has many other amenities including several tennis courts, a swimming pool and a dining room and lounge area. Club membership is by referral  of a family member or close friend who is already a club member.

The North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie (NSCPAS) is a two-theater complex. The center is theMore home of the Northlight Theatre and the Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra.

The center features a 867-seat main hall and a 342-seat theatre, as well as a 6,000-square-foot grand lobby, a rehearsal hall and conference rooms.

NSCPAS offers a youth program for children in kindergarten through twelfth grade that features all types of subjects including theater, music and dance. The site also offers rental services for events, including weddings, parties, special occasions and more.
