Crow Island Woods
Directly off of Willow Road, these woods are home to the Schmidt-Burnham Log House, which is a Winnetka landmark since 1837 and hosts monthly tours during the summer. The woods are also adjacent to the Crow Island School which opened in 1940. Besides these two obvious draws, the park includes a picnic pavilion with restrooms and a fire pit, treed and open spaces and tall grass fields.
