I have never seen customer service like this in my life! I was looking for a very specific toy for my daughter's birthday. While the store didn't have it, the buyer requested I email her a picture of it so she could look for it at an upcoming toy show she was attending. Then she got back to me to say that the toy was no longer manufacturered. I thought that would be the end of it, but no! One of her co-workers followed up with me after doing an extensive search online herself and found the toy for me from a seller online! That is amazing customer service! I LOVE CGS and have shopped there for years and will continue to and would recommend it highly! It is THE premier children's shop for gifts on the north shore in terms of selection, unique products and outstanding customer service and personalized attention!

Such a Cool Store. Great stuff (and staff). Much bigger than it looked at first. Really packed , but laid out well, and it is easy to find what I want quickly..
It is well worth the drive from the city...The expressway is a breeze, especially on the weekends and they are very close to it (Edens).
I always find toys and gifts for kids/parties here that I don't see anywhere else!
My family loves the Children's Gift Shop in Northfield. No other store has the selection this store has, and they couldn't be any nicer or more tuned in to their customers. We are lucky to have a couple of good choices in the area, but this store REALLY has it all together. Quick and easy free gift wrap, and we are off to the party. Their passion and dedication to North Shore kids really shows.
