The North Shore Senior Center’s e-newsletter reports on its tantalizing program that’s coming up at its Morton Grove Campus:
Meet Your Valentine Online
Wednesday, February 1, 2012; 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Did you know that 1 in 5 new relationships are starting on the Internet ... and that the fastest growing segment of online dating is people over 65? If you may be interested in checking out your online options, join us for this fun, lighthearted look into online dating, including how to get started, meet new people, and stay safe. This program is free, but registration is required. To register for North Shore Senior Center Morton Grove programs, call 847.470.5223.
Seniorita wishes she’d thought of this program first but promises to follow up with something equally fantastic at the Winnetka Library. In the meantime, one of our young librarians is willing to help anyone write an online dating profile. She’s too adorable, so won’t someone please take her up on her offer? Who knows, you might end up sounding like Matt Damon or Angelina Jolie.
