Traffic Signal and Street Light Pole Painting Starting This Week: Hubbard Woods traffic signals, control boxes and steel street light poles will be painted beginning Sept. 16 and lasting throughout the next three weeks, according to the Winnetka Village Website. The intersections of Scott Ave. and Green Bay Rd.; Gage St. and Green Bay Rd.; and the southeast corner of Tower Ct. will be affected. Four light poles in the Scott Ave. parking lot and 18 light poles around town will also be painted.
