Olympic Gold Medalist Conor Dwyer Signs with Speedo USA

The North Shore native and Loyola Academy alum has signed a multi-year agreement with the company through 2016.

Olympic gold medalist Conor Dwyer has signed a multi-year agreement with Speedo USA through 2016, according to a press release. 

“I am very excited to be a part of the Speedo family,” said Dwyer, who was born in Evanston and grew up in Winnetka.  “Speedo is the top name in swimwear and I appreciate the brand’s support as I embark on my professional swim career.” 

The 24-year-old Loyola Academy alum joins teammates Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps on Team Speedo and has his sights set on the 15th FINA World Championships in Barcelona, Spain, where he hopes to represent USA in the freestyle and medley events and relays.
