New Trier Athletes Compete at State Track Meet
NTHS students competed in three events at the state track meet this weekend.
Athletes from New Trier High School competed at the state track meet in Charleston this past weekend.
Taylor Alarcon, a senior, finished in 5th place in the 3rd flight in the Triple Jump. He jumped 46 feet, 8.75 inches.
A NTHS 4x800 meter relay team made of Charles Kupets (junior), Ted Oh (freshman), Connor Trapp (junior) and Pat O'Reilly (senior) finished in 10th place in the 3rd flight. They completed the race in 8 minutes, 12.58 seconds.

Peter Cotsirilos, a junior, placed 5th in the 3rd heat of the 1600 meter run. His time was 4 minutes, 18.86 seconds.
