Winnetka McDonald's to Host All American High School Basketball Nominee Maggie Lyon

Please join us at the Winnetka McDonald's on Monday, March 19 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. to meet McDonald's 2012 All American High School Basketball nominee Maggie Lyon. The Chicago Bulls IncrediBulls will also be at the restaurant at 6:00. The Chicago Sky will be bringing their mascot “Sky Guy” as well as a prize wheel and giveaways!

On behalf of the Winnetka McDonald's we invite the community to come and meet Maggie and celebrate her achievement. Maggie Lyon of New Trier was one of 600 high school females nationwide to be nominated to the 2012 McDonald's All American High School Basketball Girls Team.

Maggie was nominated for this great honor based on her hard work, skill and teamwork on the basketball court and in the classroom. This year, the Girls Game will tip off at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, at the United Center in Chicago, and will air live on ESPNU. Proceeds from the game will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana. RMHC's three core programs include the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile http://www.rmhccni.org/.
