New Trier Performing Arts Coordinator Anne James-Noonan said that the play chosen has been a physical demanding one for students. "Mr. Keating has incorporated elements of Eastern music, Eastern philosophy and Eastern discipline," she said. "This has been especially rewarding for our theatre students who study Kabuki and Noh theatre as a part of their theatre history studies unit.”
