New Trier Opens Friday, Adjusts Calendar For Snow Days
Classes resume on both campuses tomorrow.
New Trier classes are back in session Friday and the school is adjusting the academic calendar to accomodate the days missed this week.
As long as the district doesn't call another snow day, the last day of school will be June 9 instead of June 8. School will be in session June 7, which was originally scheduled to be Grading Day, and the final exam schedule might be altered as well, according to Niki Dizon, New Trier's director of communications and alumni relations. The modified schedule will be released next week.
The school's parking lots and sidewalks have been plowed and are ready for students and staff Friday.
