Ever wonder what the priciest digs in town sell for? So do we!

So we took a look at Zillow to find Winnetka homes that have sold for more than $1 million in the past few months. Here's what we discovered.

263 Chestnut St. sold on 10/4 for $1.02 million
This 2,884 square foot home has 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It was built in 1955. 

266 Forest St. sold on 10/2 for $1.56 million
This home, built in 1917, has a backyard pool and stone terrace.

529 Elder Ln. sold on 10/2 for $1.23 million
This home was built in 1997 and rebuilt in 2006. 

1302 Scott Ave. sold on 10/2 for $1.62
This home was sold in 1996 for $680,000.

328 Sheridan Rd. sold on 10/2 for $1.41
This home is a block away from the lake and has a greenhouse.
