Bears Coach Testman Selling His Winnetka Mansion

Marc Trestman bought the 5,200-square-foot home less than a year ago.

Less than a year after he bought it, Bears Coach Marc Trestman is looking to sell his 14-room Winnetka home, according to an article in The Chicago Tribune.

He bought the Maple Street home last summer for $2.94 million. According to its listing, the 5,200-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and sits on a third of an acre.

The home also features a half-court Bulls-logo adorned basketball court, according to Realtor.com, which has pictures.

The Tribune article says he wants more space. He’s listing the home for $3.495 million.
