Glencoe Gets New Village Manager From Northbrook

Northbrook's current Assistant Village Manager, Phil Kiraly, has been appointed as Glencoe's new Village Manager, starting Dec. 2, the Village of Northbrook announced. 

Kiraly was unanimously selected by the Glencoe Village Board from a pool of more than 100 applicants, according to the announcement.

Kiraly will be Glencoe's eighth village manager, inheriting the position from Paul Harlow, who is retiring after 13 years in the post, according to the Glencoe News.

The new Village Manager was in Northbrook for five years. His base salary in Glencoe will be $155,000 per year, the Glencoe News reports.
