Winnetka Police Blotter: Kenilworth Man Arrested for Domestic Battery

October 26
Theft – A man discovered his black Gateway Tablet computer was removed from his desk in his office at the Winnetka campus of New Trier High School. It is unknown if the office was secured at the time. This occurred sometime between Oct. 24 and Oct. 25.

A woman discovered her black Apple iPhone 4S was removed from her purse. The theft may have occurred the previous day at a salon or restaurant in the area.

A man discovered his unsecured 1960s Men’s Raleigh English Racer bicycle was removed from his front doorstep on the 1300 block of Tower Road. This occurred sometime between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26.
October 24
Domestic battery – A 52-year-old man from Kenilworth was arrested on the 400 block of Green Bay Road for domestic battery. This arrest was made subsequent to an investigation of a battery allegation made by the victim. His court date was Oct. 25.
