Northfield Blotter: Theft and Criminal Damage
The following arrest information was supplied by the Northfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft: A resident at The Landmark keeps two homes: one in Northfield and one in California. During their stay in California in February, the family mailed a package of clothing and personal items to their Northfield residence. This week, they remembered to look for it. When they examined the FedEx ticket, it showed delivery on Feb. 10, which led them to speculate that someone had taken it. The total estimated loss was more than $1,000 and they plan to file a homeowner's insurance claim.

Criminal damage: A police officer on patrol in Fox Meadow Park observed the men's restroom unlocked. Inside, he found that the sink had been pulled away from the wall and was dangling. The pipes were intact and there was not water leakage. The damages were estimated at $300.
