Sketch of Restaurant Fondler Released
Winnetka police have a drawing of a man who was seen indecently touching himself at a restaurant.
Winnetka police have released a composite sketch of a man who a woman saw fondling himself in a local restaurant.
The man was spotted April 25 in the restaurant in the 800 block of Green Bay Road around 6 p.m. The offender was apparently touching himself over his clothing while he took pictures of people with his cell phone. The man was not in the restaurant when police arrived.
