Problem Patron At Stormy's, Police Ticket Over Dog Bite

The following reports were provided by the Northfield Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusations and don't guarantee guilt.

Patron Problems
Last week, a Stormy's Tavern co-owner asked officers to help with a regular customer at the bar, according to police. The Stormy's employee said the man, whose name they didn't know, was trying to get another employee fired, showing off a photo of a Stormy's waitress he had on his phone, and he was possibly responsible for a false report with the health inspector. Officers said to contact police next time he visited the bar, and they would stand-by and assist, according to the police report.

Dog Bite
On Dec. 8, a resident on the 600 block of Earl Drive reported being bitten by a neighbor's dog on his shin while shoveling, according to police. Officers cited Mary K. Patterson, of Northbrook, for her white Bichon Frise, Buster, police say.

Coyote
On Dec. 6, a resident on the 300 block of Sunset Ridge Road reported an aggressive coyote in hard was nose to nose with the resident's dog, according to the police report. The coyote was gone by the time officers arrived, police say.
