Police: $5k in Fur Stolen From Home

The following arrest information was supplied by the Winnetka Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Burglary 
A victim on the 600 block of Garland Ave. reported that between Sept. 8 and Sept. 12, an unknown offender(s) removed a women's fur coat, two men's leather jackets and a brown mink stole from the home. The amount of loss is over $5,000. 

Possession of a Controlled Substance
Isaac P. Drechsler, 18, of Winnetka is being charged for possession of a controlled substance, police reports state. Dreschler was arrested at New Trier High School on Sept. 18 for an incident that occurred on April 12, reports state. 

Deception
A victim on the 700 block of Prospect Ave. reported that between Sept. 18 and Sept. 19, an unknown offender(s) contacted him saying he was a relative and asking for a money transfer, reports state. The amount of loss is reported at $160.
