Northfield Police Blotter: Theft, Vandals, and a Protection Violation

The following arrest information was supplied by the Northfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

March 12

Theft: An unknown person allegedly knocked out a van's door lock to get inside and nab an air compressor from a parking lot in the 1800 block of Oak Street. The theft occurred sometime between March 12 and 15, and the compressor was estimated to be worth $300.

Vandalism: Overnight, an unknown vehicle left tire tracks after it drove through a Northfield resident's yard in the 2000 block of Norfork Road, according to .

Protection order violation: Police charged a 50-year-old Northfield woman with violating her order of protection. She was given a court date on March 22. The case is under investigation, so no other details were being released.
