Hit and run: A man turned left in front of an oncoming car on Willow Road during a yellow light and was unable to avoid a collision, police said. Had the accident been reported, the man would have been the at-fault party. Both drivers pulled the side of the road to examine the damage, and then the victim got back into his car and drove away without taking any information.
