No driver's license: Around 4:30 a.m., police said a car blew past the stop sign at the end of the I-95 exit ramp in the 1700 block of Willow Road. As it headed east, it did a fast U-turn at Willow Road and Lockwood Avenue. Going the other direction, it again executed a U-turn at a high rate of speed at Willow Road and Walnut Street. When police stopped the car, they found two 15-year-old Glenview boys inside. The driver was issued several citations: disobeying a stop sign, performing an illegal U-turn, screeching his tires, performing another illegal U-turn, violating the curfew and not having a valid driver's license. Both were released to their parents on an i-bond.
