Man Arrested for Screaming Obscenities in His Apartment

Man yelling profanities in his apartment

Adam S. Carroll, 50, was cited for disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of a man yelling and screaming profanities inside his apartment in the 800 block of Green Bay Road at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 19. He was given a court date of March 24.

DUI

David M. Lederer, 22, of Highland Park, was arrested for DUI Feb. 21 at 1:45 a.m. at Sheridan Road and Tower Road. He was also charged with DUI-combined alcohol and drugs and speeding. He has a March 17 court date.

Frank Orsi, 53, of Highland Park, was arrested for DUI Feb. 22 at 1 a.m. in the 600 block of Sheridan Road. He was also cited for speeding. He has a March 24 court date.

Traffic arrest

Kawana L. Jenkins, 31, of Summit, IL, was arrested for driving with a suspended license at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 23 in the 1300 block of Willow Road. She was also sited for driving with no rear registration light. She has a March 24 court date.
