The Winnetka Police has been known as the Barney Fife's of law enforcement on the north shore for their very low rate in solving crimes compared to several neighboring towns for decades. I have to give them credit when credit is due! Good job. Now if we can become more professional with better leaders we can one day be proud of our police all of the time. Gestapo like tactics don't work and I think they are learning this.
