Identity Theft Leads To Bogus Cell Phone Plan

The following reports were provided by the Winnetka Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusations, and do not guarantee guilt.

DUI
On Dec. 15, officers charged Kevin A. Kemp, 54, of Kewaunee, WI for driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police. He was also cited for improper lane usage and disobeying a stop sign near the 1500 block of Tower Road, police say. 

Traffic Arrest
On Dec. 11, Jose Fernando Ildefonso, 41, of Chicago, was arrested for driving without a valid license and disobeying a stop sign near the 1200 block of Elm Street, according to police. 

Identity Theft
On Dec. 13, a resident of the 200 block of Church Road discovered that an unknown person opened a T-Mobile account and attempted to open department store accounts without the resident's authorization, according to police.
