Police: Man Charged With Use of Stolen Credit Card

The following arrest information was provided by the Glencoe Public Safety Department. When an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Unlawful Use of Credit Card
Ged Urbietis, 21, of Wilmette is being charged with using a stolen credit card, according to Glencoe Police reports. Urbietis was stopped by Glencoe Public safety officers at 7-11 at 79 Green Bay Rd on June 17. Urbietis was also found with an iPhone belonging to someone in Lake Forest. Other agencies are currently investigating possible ties with other cases of unlawful use of credit card. 

Injured Chipmunk
A man reported that he found an injured chipmunk at the intersection of Sheridan Rd. and South Ave., police reports state. He put the chipmunk in a box and brought it to the Glencoe Public Safety building. 

Dog Stuck Beneath Deck
A woman on the 150 block of La Pier St. reported that her dog was stuck beneath her deck on June 16. The dog was rescued by police.
