Glencoe Blotter: Cameras and Jewelry Stolen

Burglary
Two rings and two cameras estimated at $20,900 were stolen from an unlocked home in the 400 block of Madison Avenue between 10:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. May 24. The loss is estimated at $20,900.
DUI

Crystal L. McAuliffe, 44, of Glencoe was arrested for DUI at 7:15 p.m. May 23 at the intersection of Village Court and Park Avenue. She was also cited for improper turn and failure to signal when required. Her court date is June 28.
Theft

A chimney cap and 200 feet of garden hose with nozzles was stolen between October and May 24 from a home in the 1000 block of Bluff Road. The loss is estimated at $250.
Fake ID
Justin Lee Jr., 19, of Lake Bluff was cited for using a fake ID to attempt to purchase beer at 7-Eleven at 9:15 p.m. May 25.
Trespassing
Six teens were cited for trespassing at Glencoe Beach at 11:47 p.m. May 29.
Traffic arrest
Cristina Pepe, 54, of Glenview was arrested for driving on a suspended license at 9:11 p.m. May 25 at the intersection of Fisher Lane and Old Green Bay Road in Winnetka. She was also charged with disregarding a stop sign and driving with only one headlamp. Her court date is June 11.
