$10,000 Watch Stolen, Burglary to Motor Vehicle

The following arrest information was provided by the Winnetka Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft

A victim discovered between that between 6 p.m. on Jan. 28 and 6 p.m. on Jan. 30th, an unknown offender(s) removed two men's watches from a bedroom in the residence on the 1200 block of Lindenwood Dr., according to Winnetka Police reports. The incident was reported on Feb. 11. The amount of loss in excess of $10,000.

A male juvenile, 17 years old from Evanston, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, according to Winnetka Police reports. He was also cited for speeding. The incident occurred on the 500 block of Green Bay Rd. on Feb. 12. The juvenile was referred to peer jury.

Robert D. Jones, 20, of Chicago is being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, according to Winnetka Police reports. Jones was also cited or speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. The incident occurred at the intersection of Hibbard Rd. and Sunset Rd. on Feb. 14. Jones' court date is set for April 2. 

Burglary to Motor Vehicle

A victim on the 1300 block of Oak St. discovered between 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Feb. 15 that an unknown offender(s) shattered her front passenger side window with an unknown object and removed her Dooney and Bourke purse, according to Winnetka Police reports. The purse contained an orange wallet with multiple credit cards, driver's license and $200. The amount of loss reported is $505 and the repair cost is unknwon.
