The following obituary is from Donnellan Family Funeral Services:

Nancy Ernst nee Duclos Age 69 of Northfield, IL passed away suddenly on June 21, 2014.

Beloved mother of Michelle (Jason) Cohn, Christina Yorgey, Manuel "Augie" (Leslie) Ajuria; loving grandmother of John Paul Petrikas, Max and Jackson Cohn; cherished sister of Vivian (Rich) Olsen; loving daughter of the late Hector and the late Celia Duclos; adoring aunt to Rik and Christopher Olsen.

Nancy, a native of Chicago, graduated Madonna high school in 1963. While raising a family, she worked at Weiss Memorial Hospital, then later Horton Publishing and Evanston Hospital before retiring from the Village of Winnetka in 2010. She was an avid traveler and Shar-pei lover. We were blessed to have her for 69 years and she will be dearly missed.
