"Designer Kitchens of the North Shore" Luncheon

The Junior League of Evanston-North Shore (JLE-NS) presents a spectacular tour of seven residential North Shore kitchens, created by celebrated kitchen designers.  In addition to being inspired by these beautiful spaces, guests will have the opportunity to meet prominent home builders Orren Pickell and Normandy Remodeling, leading kitchen designers Change Design Group and Mark Menna, renowned architect firms R. Scott Javore and MorganteWilson, and innovative interior designers Susan Fredman and Sarah Dippold.  The tour is also sponsored by Luxe Home, Benvenuti and Stein, Whole Foods Market, and Dippold Real Estate.

Designers will be present in each kitchen to educate tour attendees about design trends, work flow, space utilization, flooring, lighting, new technologies, materials considerations, decoration, and more.  Designer Kitchens of the North Shore is the only home tour in the northern suburbs that is focused solely on the kitchen.  Attendees will experience a wide variety of designs from contemporary to classic to mid-century modern, so there is something for everyone.  The tour also includes a showcase of beautiful décor on the first floor of each home, including tablescapes and florals generously donated by local retailers and florists.

Another highlight of the day is an optional luncheon with guest speaker Karl Sponholtz, finalist on Season 6 of HGTV’s “Design Star”, and an Associate with R. Scott Javore & Associates.
