Glencoe Couple Give $1M to Holocaust Community Services

The money will help Holocaust survivors age with dignity.

Glencoe residents Diane and Steve N. Miller have donated $1 million to the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago to help aging Holocaust survivors, according to a post on JUF News.

The money will go to the Holocaust Community Services program, which was founded in 1999 to help meet the needs of the aging survivor population.

Steve Miller, co-founder of Northbrook-based Origin Ventures, is on the JUF board and said in a statement that he hopes the gift inspires others to support the fund.
